A friend of Adam's got a mohawk recently and has been the subject of many conversations in our house. Adam loves to give himself mohawks... and his siblings. Above is the one he gave Caitlin.
He starts kindergarten in about a month. It is driving me crazy. He is so innocent. And I don't want him to lose that. But he will. All kids do. But really? My kid? I don't think that it will happen as quickly as I imagine. It isn't like the he walks through the door of his kindergarten class and BOOM-insults BOOM- violence, BOOM- bad words... Yes that is how I imagine it. Dear God protect him from them and from his hover mother.
