1 ciabatta sour dough loaf
2-3 chicken breasts
sundried tomatoes
pesto with basil
mozzerella cheese
mayo (optional)
purple onion sliced (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
cook chicken on stove top in olive oil. spread a little pesto on top.
bake bread.
spread mayo and pesto on bread. layer chicken, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, onions
broil until cheese is melted
