We had a very big adventure this afternoon. Tim is out of town. He is at the national Society of Biblical Literature convention in New Orleans. Ryan, Adam and I were playing outside. Next thing I know, Adam is inside. I try to go in to get him BUT the door is locked! He has LOCKED himself inside!!! A few neighbors came out to help. While we were trying to tell him to unlock it, he locked the top lock- which by the way can only be unlocked from the inside. So, then we yell through the window, "Adam go get on mommy's bed and talk to us through the window."
When he got to the window his teeth were grossly blue- candy? we would yell directions how to unlock the window, meanwhile Adam is pressing his face against the glass making funny faces. That's my boy. We would point at the lock and say pull that off!!! And he would tap the glass and laugh. Finally he lossened it enough that our neighbor slid the window open. Savannah climbed in, went to the front, and unlocked the door. Whew! I am ready for Tim to come home now :)

Well, of course this would HAVE to happen when Tim is out of town. Glad it all worked out.
