Adam and I did the "bear trail" around Baylor this morning. Then we came home and got ready for singing Carols at Holly and Jeff Fishes' house. We had such a special time at their home. There were other families there from the Fishes' church. After tea and muffins we all wrapped around the piano with our hymnals and sang Christmas hymns. Not to mention it was a beautiful day, in the seventies! Note: Adam was crawling on the floor pretending to be different animals. I like to think that he was super spiritual and putting himself in the stable scene...

It was a delightful memory. It is definitely different and hard to not be with family on Christmas but God has been so gracious to me, to all of us, and has extended our family beyond blood relation.
