Babes in toyland

One way I can get Adam to 'joyfully' and eagerly go places is if I tell them about the toys that will be there. This morning it took much convincing for him to go to yet another mops meeting. He laid there on the floor while I whispered to him about all the books and animals and trucks that were just waiting for him. His eyes would light up and he would smile so big and just when I thought we was convinced he wouldn't budge. Eventually we did get there and he had a great time.
The boy was a delight today. At the dr's office today the nurses work bragging on him as if they had never seen a little boy behave before. They gladly gave him a sucker and couldn't stop raving on how good he was. Apparently they had some wild children in there earlier today. Let's hope we don't run into any of the nurses that think so highly of Adam at the library.
My dr went out of town so I saw another dr who couldn't really tell me much today. He definitely agreed the baby was measuring big and affirmed that I definitely needed an ultrasound. I am looking forward to seeing the little guy next thursday.
A story about Tim... the first week of school one of his professors recommended his students start working on a particular set of papers and turn them in soon. He tells his students this at the beginning of the semester and every single time the students wait to do them in the end when all their work is due and they are overwhelmed. Well Tim took him seriously and just this week turned in one part of the set and the teacher about fell out! The teacher teasingly checked his pulse and acted like he was having a heart attack. It was very cute and now we just hope Tim did it right!
I have decided to stand by the Panthers. Especially after Sunday. What a redeeming game for the players and for us fans.
Bee, if you read this you must know that all of my family on my dad's side are Clemson fans and all of my mom's side cheer for Alabama. Seeing that you are a committed bama fan we might not be on talking terms for awhile... :)
