Yin lives in our building. She is Vietnanese. She and her boyfriend Andy are in the college at Baylor. They are the first people we met here in our apartments. They are a really cute couple. They invited us over for dinner last night. And let me tell you that we had the most amazing dinner ever. It was all Vietnanese and there was tons of it. This might be hard to imagine, but Tim and I both declared it was better than any restaurant! After dinner they served cheese cake with chocolate chips in it. It was awesome. I am still full 12 hours later.
What I didn't tell you about Yin is that she has a dog named Bear. So according to Adam, last night we ate at Bear's house. They were in heaven, Bear and Adam.
As for Tim and his German, he has been in class for 12 days (including today). He knows over 2,000 german words! Maybe Tim has the gift of tongues... :)

Mary Mac!! I just found out about your blog...how cute. I'm so excited we can keep up with you guys while you're in Texas. It sounds like you're adjusting well and already making friends...no surprise there. We miss you guys tons! Keep on posting!
